I don't know if this is a related problem or not. You can move it to a more appropriate thread if there is one.
I rearranged my folder structure within my laptop box folder, but the cloud structure did not rearrange to match. And now I have strange partial sync behavior going on. I have a second laptop running box and it has retained the original structure matching the cloud. I can rename a folder on Laptop 1 and it syncs the change to the cloud and to laptop 2, but if I drag a new file into the folder it shows up in the cloud but not on laptop 2. Likewise if I drag a file into a folder in laptop 2 it shows up in the cloud but not on laptop 1. What is going on??
Should I just delete my laptop 1 box folder and recreate it? If so, please provide link to info so I don't wipe out anything in the cloud.
Shouldn't I be able to move folders around inside the box folder and have the cloud and other collaborators and laptop 2 see the changes? I'm the owner or co-owner on all the folders.
