Box is redesigning the administrator user experience for managing users and groups to make managing users and groups faster and easier. As a part of this redesign:
- Box will be releasing periodic updates that include incremental changes to the user experience for managing users and groups.
- These updates will be available only to a limited number of customers who have agreed to participate in this specific limited release program.
- Customers in the limited release program will have the ability to switch between the new and the existing user experience at will and with no loss of functionality or data.
The Box product documentation topics that involve the use of user and group management will format content related specifically to the new user experience like this content is formatted here: enclosed in a Box-blue frame and with this light background gradient. In addition, topics that contain information about the new user and group management user experience will have this notice at the top of the topic:

The Users and Groups management function is in the process of being redesigned. The new design is being released to a select number of customers and additional changes are bing made over a period of time. Those customers have the ability to toggle between the new design and the classic design. Product documentation that refers only to the new design will be enclosed in a box like this.

If you are in the customer program to test the new design, as an admin, you will see this button in Users & Groups:
If you try the new design, you can revert back to the existing design at any time by using this button in Users & Groups:
You can toggle back and forth at any time and as often as you want.
Customers in the program will also have access to a Leave Feedback button when viewing the new design.
