How do I cancel my Box.com Business or Enterprise subscription if I've signed a contract with Box?
Only accounts that have been upgraded from within Box itself may also cancel from within Box. If you are a Business or Enterprise user that has signed a contract with Box, you may not be able to cancel your subscription from within your account. If this is the case, please contact email@example.com. Please note that you will be held to the full term listed on your contract, regardless of billing frequency.
How do I cancel my Box.com Business or Enterprise subscription if I've signed up for my account online?
To ensure that your cancellation is addressed immediately please ensure that you follow the below process. Please note that any cancellation requests made through other channels may be missed (and you may continued to get billed.)
1. Sign into your Box.com account as the administrator.
2. Visit: www.box.com/billing (you can either click this link or type it into your browser.)
3. Scroll down to 'Account information' click 'Delete your account (This action is permanent).'
5. On this new page, you will be given a short survey about the reasons you are cancelling. Once you have selected the reasons you are cancelling your subscription, you will be notified that your account has been deactivated. Please keep in mind that if you have already paid for a service period, cancelling your account will set a pending deactivation for the end of that period.
To ensure that you are able to cancel your account and subscription before any renewal dates, please notify our support team as soon as you wish to cancel because there may be delays in response time.
