Why can't I see collaboration folders?

A collaboration folder will only show up in your account if the invitation was sent to an email associated with your Box account. If you were invited to collaborate but you cannot see the 'Collaboration Folder' when logged into your account, please contact the person who invited you to re-invite you using the email address associated with your account. 

If you were correctly invited to the folder, when you log in you will then see the option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the invitation at the top of your 'All Files' page.
