My Passcode Is Not Working

Box for iOS and Android give you the option to set a passcode to your Box account from within the Box App. This is an added level of security on top of your regular username and password.

 

If you forget your passcode, you can reset it at any point.

For iOS:

1. When it asks for your passcode, select "log out". 

2. When you log into the app again you can go right to your settings and re-enter your passcode

 

 

For Android:

1. When it asks for your passcode, you'll have to enter the wrong passcode 3 times before the system force logs you out. 

2. When you log into the app again you can go right to your settings and re-enable a passcode.
