If you have a passcode enabled for the Box mobile application, you can change the passcode from within the mobile application.
- Log into the Box mobile app
- Click the Menu button in the top left corner
- Scroll down to the Security section
- Click "Require passcode">"Change passcode"
- Enter in your old passcode first, then choose a new passcode and re-confirm that passcode
In the event that you forget your passcode, the app will automatically log you out after 10 attempts. You can also uninstall/reinstall the app and you will be prompted to enter a new code.
