If you are experiencing problems with Box's user interface, it could be a browser issue.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps if you are experiencing a browser related issue:

  • Verifying if your browser is supported by Box. Updating your browser to the latest version.
  • Clearing your browser's cache
  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer or network
  • Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict
    with Box. (You may need clearance/assistance from your organization’s IT department/
    help desk.)
  • Updating Adobe Flash.
  • Updating Java.
  • Disabling any plugins/extension on your browser.
