Dark Mode option is not available in Box at present. A similar idea has been shared to our Product Team to support this via Box Pulse: https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778-help-shape-the-future-of-box/suggestions/38086030-dark-mode-option
Currently our product team has not made any public announcements about this feature, but it is 'under consideration'. If you wish to support this feature request, you may upvote and comment your use case on the thread that I linked above.
Our product teams review and respond to ideas in Box Pulse so I would definitely encourage you to add your vote and your voice to this idea.
