There are open files that are preventing Box Drive from starting.

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Can you try restarting your PC and then restart Box Drive and see if that helps?

    If the issue persists, please try to clean uninstall Box Drive from your computer and then re-install following these articles:

    Good morning France,

    Thank you very much for your help. That appears to have cured my problem. Previously I had just gone to control panel and unistalled Box - I had not done (or known) about the other procedures.
