    We were set up by PMRG (External billing company we were using till August 1st 2022) to view the reports on The Box. I do not belive we have any contract with The Box, since we received an access information from PMRG. How can I check what is the protocol to safely remove all our information from The Box and make sure that we do not have any contract or obligations with your company?
