    Hi France, I have been using Box for about 6 years now and this issue has occurred for about a month now. Basically as I scroll
    The pics on my file pictures freeze half way or not open at all then I have to log out and back in to get back into file. This also happens on users on the account. We use on our mobile

    Hi France, I deleted the box app and re installed same issue. As I go through pics they freeze then the whole app freezes so frustrating as this has never happened before and happening on all my staffs accounts as well. Becoming too difficult to use

    My Box app for iPhone is doing the exact thing. Freezes up while scrolling in folders. Also flickers a lot. I've been really disappointed in Box the last couple years. Nothing ever gets fixed in the app.

    I tried deleting & re installing the app and still have the issue. Is someone going to contact me to resolve this issue as it’s extremely annoying and not acceptable as we are paying premium monthly rates and might have to look at other similar apps.

    I don't see a "Contact Support" option at the top, or anywhere else. And the contact option in the app settings has been removed. But I still have a support email address.

    I’m really disappointed with Box. Box used to be great. Not any more. It never gets fixed. The updates are only for adding new features I don’t use. I’ve been using Box since January 2014. It was good back then. But it’s become totally unusable. Just won’t stop freezing up. I submitted a ticket last week. Seems like this issue , as well as other problems , could be fixed. I’ll continue 1 star reviews until it is.

    It has been the case with me as well, i have purchased the latest iphone 12 pro max, because i thought my 7+ was causing the problem ... but it happens too .. i have latest app and highest spics... u just have to keep closing and opening the app for it to work. Few scrolls and it freezes again.
