Missing invoice
Hi! I have been billed by Box, but there is no invoice (so I can't get reimbursed). When I try to access billing, it logs me off then says I can't get into it until I'm logged on. When I call, the telephone line doesn't support questions about billing. Anyone have a tip handy?

To confirm, are you the primary administrator of your Box Account?
Please be advised that only Account Administrators have access to the Billing Information section. This section provides details about the subscription such as the payment method, charge details, and account type.
