I have a user in our org receiving this error. 

He has a folder that he can add items to, he can change the name of the folder, but he cannot delete the folder. It is not in Box, but still on his local machine. 

From what I can tell, this will require support to be involved. Thanks in advance!

  This is an error message that I have not seen in the past so this would be something our Box Support team can help investigate with you and may require specific account information. 

  I've gone ahead and created a ticket for you so that an agent can work directly with you on looking into this.

  Hi there,

  Would love a follow up on this issue as well.

  i tried deleting a folder locally on my machine but couldn't and it gave an error. 

  "The operation can’t be completed because a required item is in use."
