Box User Interface Issues, Non-responsiveness of Support, Box Platform with Enterprise & Apparent Billing Security Problem
My partner and I have been working to get assistance with Box all day long and have received no responses and no solutions. The support chat is unavailable and there are no responses on Box's telephone lines. Each time we log in, we are asked for financial information with a redirect asking for payment $500.00 higher than our 3-seat user lawfirm small business. We have trial tomorrow and are so disappointed in the functionality. The only time it has functioned today was when we had support from other integrated apps online with us. Anyone else experiencing all-box-failure?
