I can't see any of my files after making a Box App

Seriously, they're all disappeared. How in the world do I get them back????

  This has also happened to me. Now my files are gone and I'd like to know how to recover them.

  ...and I can't contact support unless I'm a premium member? So are my files being held ransom?
