Trying to recover deleted files

    Hi, I accidentally deleted certain files from my box folder. And deleted them from the trash folder as well. I need help to recover them. It has just been one week since I deleted them.

    Can you help me in reaching to Box support personnel for this? I couldn't find anywhere to raise a ticket for this. Kindly help.

    Hi France, I am having the same problem that I need to recover some files that are not in the Trash folder (it seems there has been a synchronistaion problem with Box app in my laptop). I have issued a ticket with HIGH priority as I am a Business plus plan user. Can you please help me contacting support from my timezone (MADRID)? there is no telephone number to contact and the support Chat is offline, please.  It's urgent to recover those files!  Thanks.
