    Welcome to the Box Community!

    First off, are the files/ folders in your account "Collaborative" contents that you own or owned by someone else?

    Have you tried to check the items in your Box Trash to see if your files are in there?

    All files/folders were owned by me and NOT shared with anyone.

    I have checked already that my lost data is not present in Trash folder.

    Hi Aman, 

    Is your Box managed by a Business or Enterprise admin? You can reach out to your admin to help run a User activity report so investigate what happened to your files.
