    Ditto on the above; Box has changed this feature it seems in recent past as there was always a way to submit a ticket when messages regarding incorrect storage amounts popped up.  Now there is a circular problem as described above.  Please fix this immediately.  I / we are paying customers for online storage space we don't have access to.

    I think I'm done with Box and will have to bite the bullet in order to find a better file storage and transfer option. Any recommendations other than Dropbox?

    I need to open a ticket, but it looks it is impossible at the moment, I can't find any menu for that. From BOX our overtime document has been deleted for an unknow reason (nobody deleted this file from our team). And now we can't prove our overtimes. 
    Please answer how can we open a ticket about our issues?
