My email to firstname.lastname@example.org bounced back...so I am writing using this channel.
I am part of UK based OakNorth Bank Plc. We have ‘Galvanize’ as one of our vendors for providing a GRC Solution. I have been given access to ‘The Box’ by team Galvanize so that we have a common location to share, upload/download documents for each to refer.
Though we have been able to upload our files to the ‘Box’ and team Galvanize is able to use/download the same. However, when team Galvanize is uploading the recordings of the meetings we are having, I am not able to either play/download or move to my local drive.
The same has also been reported to my local IT engineer but locally we were not bale to resolve the problem even if we tweak our IT access/policy, etc.
Would request ‘Team Box’ to look into the same and help us resolve this issue.
An early resolution will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
