Billing problems
Dear I had some problems with the payment of box personal pro account. I filled all the fields required for the payment but the system says that "There was an error processing your request" but my bank text me that Box discount two times the amount of 1 USD (3690.65 COP) from my credit card.
Please could you help me with this issue and return the money discounted without any reason.
I don't find any chat or other medium to contact directly the support team.
Looking forward to any answer or idea.
