Hi, I am a Japanese user.
When I try to update my credit card information, I get the following error message and cannot upgrade.
There was an error processing your request.
We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance.
My credit card payment status is fine and I should have entered my address correctly.
Errors are very confusing and I can't figure out what's wrong.
How can I upgrade?
