You can create a shared link for a folder using this endpoint. If the shared link already exists, you can access it with this endpoint.

Thank you for pointing to a solution.

I am working on a enterprise box and developer tools are blocked on it. My objective is to get the shared link to all the files under a directory (recursively, as it has multiple directories underneath). Directory is shared aswell.

Clicking on each file under the directory is impracticle due the number of files, hence was looking for alternatives. In mac, when i download a file using safari/chrome, the files has a EA -- "kMDItemWhereFroms" -- which is updated with the shared link. But this EA is not present when i use BoxSync.

Is there a way to get BoxSync to fill this EA when it starts a sync ? or Is there a way to retain the EA for all files in a directory when i choose to download a directory (currently the download happens in form of a zip file with the EA - kMDItemWhereFroms only set for that directory).

    Thanks in advance.

    Rakesh.

I am also looking for a script which perform the "get box link" functionality. I am making an app which will fetch the files from the synced folder and their related box links will be required too
