How to increase session time (ruby api) ?

box_session.get_access_token(box_authentication_code)

client = RubyBox::Client.new(box_session)

file = client.upload_file(param.path.to_s, 'folder').create_shared_link
file.shared_link.url
folders = client.root_folder.folders

number_of_records = VideoUpload.count

I use the above code to upload some files to box, but when the file is large (400MB), it session expires. How do I increase the session time for this rails/ruby api?

Hi there,

This seems like by design - see this link:

Also, is uploading 400 MB taking you more than an hour? It seems to be a slow network as well. Otherwise, SDKs automatically refreshes token but may be not during the inflight upload. (May be zip the file and upload. )
