How to authorize an APP under development?

So I am getting BadRequest when trying to upload a file. Looking around I found a post that seems to have the fix, but the fix says to goto:

 

[yourdomain].app.box.com/master/settings/openbox  

 

Find "Custom Applications" and then find my app under development, edit it and supply the ClientID.

 

Well I cant fund "Custom Applications" anywhere on the site. So how do I accomplish this?

   Are you an Admin for your Box enterprise?  That setting is only available to enterprise administrators, so you may need to contact your enterprise admin to authorize your client ID.

  No I am not. That is a bit of a hassle, but will contact them.
