    Hi :

     

    The tracking codes are something that needs to be enabled by your Customer Success Manager (or support, if you don't know who that is).

     

    As to why they do this and don't just have it turned on for everyone by default, I'm really not sure: tracking codes are one of the more obscure, but incredibly useful, features of Box.
