     Thanks for the heads up. I tested this and was able to reproduce the bug. I will file a bug report to get this fixed.

    May I get an update on this issue? Is there a fix coming soon? Sadly, it's currently impeding the experience of our student and lecturer users.

     I chatted with the Box View team about this. Unfortunately, the team decided to not fix this issue. I want to explain the why behind that decision and our suggestion for the next step. 

     

    We announced the EOL for the old Box View in November 2016. As part of that decision, we are not updating the old Box View to maintain forward compatibility with the newest browser updates. We are investing these resources to build new functionality for the New Box View.

     

    As a next step, we ask that you transition from the old Box View to the New Box View. We realize this is going to require some development effort on your part, and we will support you through this migration. I will reach out via email to continue this conversation.
