Box App Names Globally Unique?

It looks like Box App Names need to be globally unique.  If that's the case, is it best practice to prefix app names with _?

  Yes, they have to be globally unique. So your prefixing is one way you could do it. There is no "best practice" for unique naming. If the name is taken, take another one.

   

  Your name however can be changed later, only the client id / api key cannot be changed.
