Request access token is not working

    I get that error once every 4-5 requests. 4 times out of five, it is fine.

     

    The request follows the requirements (otherwise, it would fail all the time)

    Time of request when it failed: 02/14/2020 13:02:30 EDT

     

    I need it to be consistent.
