    As I'm not quite familiar with the third party app you are using, I recommend reaching out to the support team of this app to get more insight on how the app interacts with cloud services like Box.

    If you are seeing conflicting files on our desktop app such as Box Drive, our app provides user notifications if there are any issues saving your changes to Box. The Box Drive application interface lists the file and provides a brief description of the issue, and links to articles that gives you tips on how to resolve them.
