Anyway to tell the data a Managed User was given access?

    Box Admins may run a "User Activity" report to easily identify the accounts created and added through the Admin Console.

    Here's how to run this report:

    1. Login to your Box admin account
    2. Go to the Admin console and then select "Reports" on the menu on the left-side panel
    3. Then, to the right of User Activity Report, click Create.
    4. You may leave the User and Groups field blank for a company wide report and then enter the time period of the activity you wish you track
    5. In the list of Action Types, select the following: Users > Created new user, and the "Export".
    6. While your report is exporting, the Status field in the folder description will read In Progress. Once your report has been exported, the status changes to Complete.

    There should columns for "Affected user" which pertains to the user that was added on your Box instance and another column for the "Date" they were added.
