BOX sync file deletion
A coworker filled up his whole hard drive with files using box sync. So we un synced all the files from BOX website and went into box sync to delete all the files from his hard drive and uninstalled BOX sync. But when we checked his storage space it remained unchanged. There is still one folder that will not disappear from the box sync folder and we get the following error message. How do we reclaim the space on his hard drive?
