    Hi Annella,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

For strategic and feature questions, I would highly suggest that you connect with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Executive who will be able to provide you with more information about the services or feature of this subscription.

You may also contact out sales team (if you do not have an assigned CSM or AE at present) for product feature questions on Digital Assets in Box: https://www.box.com/about-us/contact-us

Thanks for your participation in the forum!

Most of that should already be possible with even the basic features available on the box-developer page.
If you have a complex Document Management Solution already then you might need to have an integrations developer on your team to marry the two up... but many external services already tie straight into the likes of box

    1. yep
    2. yep
    3. with a little dev work, sure why not
    4. definitely yes, but like dropbox - tread carefully. The web-page interface often gives inheritance by default - so super-secret stuff should always be in it's own folder as close to the root as possible... incase someone accidentally adds a collaborator to a folder which inadvertently uncovers a secret deep within.
    5. It's getting there... at the moment a dev on your team will design a bit of it themself, but most users will get by with the usual add-tag/find-all-with-tag workflows.
