    Hi France!
    Thanks for the tip.
It works for all pictures i take AFTER I made the setting, but for all my 10 000 old pictures, it does not.
So I guess my question remains, how to upload old pictures from Iphone as jpeg files.....

    Hi Inger,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

Can you check on your phone setting and follow these steps?:

    • Scroll down to "Camera," tap "Formats" and pick "most compatible" for JPEG and then try uploading your photos again.

They should upload on JPEG format after you've completed the steps above.

    I have the same question,

Is there any way you can upload old pictures in JPEG format instead of HEIC?

If you start from Photos, "Select" the images you want to upload, click Share, then select Box, the images will be uploaded as .jpg

All of the above camera settings were set in iPhone but he new Capture Widget seemed to upload HEIC files. Is there a code issue with the widget?

How do you upload more than 10 at a time?

How can you access collections rather than going through every level of tree to get to folder?
