submit request doesn't allow me to submit request
I have a question about whether upgrade to basic business will allow me to use FTP to transfer without changing datestamps. I'm not a business and I don't have any other users--just using storage, but I need to replace all the files in a broken machine. I need the datestamps. Unclear from the multiple articles I've read if this will work with business basic.

This may be relevant to your problem with the next steps!
And indeed, using Box with FTP requires that you have Business account or higher.
