    Apologies for the delay in response to your ticket and any inconvenience this has caused. I was able to locate your ticket in the queue awaiting assignment. Our support team is working as quickly as possible through their queue of tickets. However, they must be addressed in a particular order and this issue does not meet the criteria for a  high or urgent priority.
