Can't share public link!

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Have you also checked your "Account settings" to see if you have enabled the option to share public links?

    If not, can you check on this first:

    • Go to your Account Settings > click Sharing tab
    • Make sure that the Shared links option is set to "People with the link, people in your company, and people in this folder." and save this changes.

    If you've made sure this section has the correct access type but still not seeing the "People with the link" option, please go ahead and submit a support ticket here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and one of our support staff will be happy to further investigate
