Forgot to cancel my trial account and need refund.
I subscribed to trial version for Box Business and wanted to cancel it before trial end so that I cant get charged . I was going to cancel it today but it has already got charged before any notification and authentication . I don't want to continue this service further so please refund my amount and do let me know from my side the procedure to cancel the same.
