Different members see different numbers of files in certain folders. For example, a user might see 100 files in a folder, while another user sees the same folder with 97 files.
Total file size is generally about 4 MB or thereabout..

If you have members that see different number of files in a certain folder, the first thing you want to confirm is where are they viewing these files, are they viewing them on the Webapp (Box.com) or are they seeing these numbers on their Box Desktop folder?
Can you confirm if they are seeing the same number of files on both Box desktop app and in Box.com? If they are using an application such as Box Drive, members may be having issue syncing their files in Box, and they can check on their app to see if there are problem items.
