    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Running reports would be the best way to collate your user's login activities in Box and other actions they took within your Box organization.

    To run user activity report for your user's Logins:

    • Login to your Box account
    • Go to the Admin console > click the Report menu
    • Click User activity and you can leave the Username and email field for a company wide report
    • Enter the start and end date of the activity you need to track
    • Under Action type, click Login and then choose 'Login'
    • Then you may choose to "Run" or "Export" the report.

    If you choose to export the report, in your Box Report folder, the Status field in the folder description will read In Progress. Once your report has been exported, the status changes to Complete.

    Reports can go back as far as 7 years, or as long as you have an account tariff with reporting access.
