Welcome to Box community.
You mentioned on your previous post that a specific folder shows as “partially synced”. Please note "When a parent folder is partially synced (hovering over folder icon displays the This item is partially synced status), new subfolders or files created within this parent folder will not be marked for Sync automatically. To fully sync a partially synced folder, you must unsync the partially synced folder, then sync it again."
I also recommend that you click on the "Error Syncing 5,419 files" It will generate a pop up listing the ignored files and the specific error message. This article Box Sync Troubleshooting also walks through each error message and potential troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for the response. I did as you instructed and did a unsync and sync again but that did not resolve the issue. On Box.com that particular folder contains 24 sub folders, which is accurate, but on my Computer there are only 11 sub folders. I clicked on the error message and it did list all of the files and at the end of each line is an "More" option which takes me to a "Page Not Found"
