Box Sync (or Drive) not launching and running on Windows
I am facing a problem with my Box app on Windows. After the last Box Sync update (some days ago), my app is not opening anymore (neither on system launch nor trying to open using the .exe file).
I tried to uninstall it and install it again (Box Drive instead of Box Sync also).

After opening a ticket, I could manage to solve my problem. It was quite simple to fix it based on Support instructions.
The solution was to uninstall Box Drive and install Box Sync again. It seems the problem was some conflict between Box Drive and Windows, because Box Sync worked without any problems.
