Unable to get specific Box folder to sync to File Explorer
I have a specific Box folder that will not sync to my File Explorer for Box. Have no other issues with other folders. I did enable to the "Sync to Desktop" and it is still not working. My coworkers are having the same issue with this specific folder.

Some operating systems like Windows OS do not support item names containing some special characters. See the list of Windows file name restrictions.
If you have a folder that won't sync into your File explorer, you want to check if there are unsupported character/ symbols in the Folder's name, and remove those or rename to be able to sync them to your computer.

I just joined BOX and created a box folder on one of my computer. Everything synced fine. I signed in on my other computer and downloaded and executed Box Sync. It synced only one file. The two folders did not sync. Nothing wrong with the folder names.
I noticed on my first computer the Directory is "BOX" on the 2nd computer it is "BOX SYNC". Help!
