Missing Files and folders
We have many folder and files that are missing from our BOX account including critical spreadsheets when you do a file report the files show the path but do not display in the main search.
No user report shows deleting these items

We have bunch of files and folders that were missing. Not sure if deleted, no history and not even in trash. It was not the first time we encountered this issue. We tried to re-create our files before but this time we have lots of files missing and even folders. It shows that one of our collaborators make an update on that files/folders but he never updated it and was never logged in to box during those times the files/folders were missing. We already run a report of the activity history but it wasn't there.
