How to change the email adress if i have not access to the email ?

Thank you all . I loose the right to access to the email With which i opened the account . How to modify the password ?

    Hello my old email provider closed them mail @gmx.us service and I can not recover my password. I was used the not more existing mailaddress as an forward so I have my signup mail to indent me as the right owner. Please advice me what can I do with my account to change the contact email address which is the login name and get a recovery link for my password which seems to be expired.
