When I turn on 2-step, the url that is sent out to sign up is a dead link.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the url that is sent out to sign up for the 2FA.

    I do see that you already have a ticket opened for this issue with our support team and looks like the ticket has been forwarded to our specialist.

    I put the ticket in on Monday, it's Friday. 

    Horrible support.

    No community support, and actual Box support hasn't fixed it in 10 days, or replied in 6 days. The ticket was auto-closed.
