    I've seen this happen to other users having network issues in the past, have you tried connecting to a different network to see if it makes any difference? 

    Also, please try to disable add-ons from your browser and/ or disable your firewall and then try connecting to Box.com again.

    If you continue encounter issues, please go ahead and submit a ticket to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new for support to further help investigate.

    thank you for your reply

    i don't think this problem happens due to network connection. When i use Firefox or Opera, i can view full page normally

    and i also try to turn off all browser extension, no change at all
