Hi guys -
I'm a college student who is currently out due to COVID, and my professor was trying to share the lecture from today with me. I sent him the above screenshot, that I could not access it, and he said:
"I have tried to check the settings and have sent it to my Gmail account to see if it works. I cannot find the issue. You may need to contact Box support to see if they can help."
So... here I am. Any support / advice is much appreciated, according to him it works on his end. Thanks!
