    Additional questions for you.I don't quite understand the concept of the ticket. Is your box support team going to contact me directly to look into this matter so that we could have more private space to discuss about this because this space where I am writing this comment is opened to everybody; I don't think this is a right space to type in personal information.

    A support representative will get in touch with you via email to look into this issue as this requires specific account details such as email address which we don't recommend posting here as this is community page is open to the public.
