Troubles using box and ms word

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    May I know what MS application are you using? Is it the online version, mobile or desktop?

    You may need to clear the cache information on the application you are using to be able to sign in using your preferred account.

    I would also recommend reaching out to Microsoft customer support for further assistance on this issue as they own the application and may have a workaround for you.

    I was online and tried both iPhone and Mac. I will try clearing the cache. If you have any other tips please let me know!
