    Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post!

    We apologize but we are unable to perform requests to transfer ownership of a folder in this forum.

    You would need to contact the Box Admin that is managing the current owner's Box or your internal helpdesk so they can point you to the designated person that can perform this within your organization for further assistance.

    Just an FYI that the Box admin in our organization says that she is unable to transfer ownership of folders. I was thinking that if one is an owner that you could turn over ownership to someone else but Box doesn't allow that. One can only identify a "co-owner".
